Firstly we would ask you to  assess your maturity by means of self scoring against a series of questions.

Next we would analyse scores to identify gaps between where you are versus best practice. We would then provide a Report with our findings, detailing recommendations as what would require to be done: must / need / beneficial, together with timescale for completion.

Finally we would implement these that shall ensure that you have much more efficient control over the management of your ongoing purchases.
